OSTOMY MATES

We are a Swindon based association that is run by ostomists for ostomists with members from all walks of life and all ages.

Becoming an ‘ostomist’ can be pretty daunting - we know because we have all been through the same experience. That is why we are here.

We are a friendly social group for people with ostomies (stomas), along with their families and carers, to come together for relaxed get-togethers and mutual support. Our aim is to build friendships, share understanding, and create a welcoming community where everyone feels encouraged to enjoy and make the most of life with an ostomy. Connecting with others who truly understand can be both reassuring and empowering.
